Ruby's Easy Weave Bag Pattern:
Ruby's Easy Weaver handbag pattern uses strips of fabric that are weaved in and out for a one of a kind bag. Finished size is 8" x 8 3/4". There are 3 closure options given: loop & button, tab & button, and flap.
Materials Needed:
- 2" x 10" strips of 2-8 fabrics (22-30 strips)
- fat quarter for lining and strap
- 10" x 10" for back
- 4 fat quarters total will be enough for a bag without a flap.
- 5 fat quarters will make a bag with a flap.
- 1/3 yd cotton batting
- 1/3 yd fusible interfacing
- 1 pkg extra wide double fold bias tape
- Cording for loop, if desired
- Button, snap, or Velcro, as desired
